Another new feature in EE3 is certain nuclear weapons like nuclear Cannons  In EE3, each region focusing on different styles of games; for example, the Middle East has mobile buildings, the West has some units that are strong, and the far East has masses of weak, swarming units combined with the powerful mutant in the future.

The game world domination mode allows players to battle in  a virtual earth is divided into many sections/provinces. While playing this mode, quests give the player to complete the optional tasks while the conquer the world. In addition, to help simplify the game, Empire Earth 3 has broken earth history into five unique sections: ancient, medieval, colonial, Modern, and the future.
